Our mission is “To bridge the gap between marketing concepts and the consumer experience.” CJ Stafford, President, began her communications company after spending 20 years at Johnson & Johnson. Leveraging her customer service knowledge with her deep understanding of scientific and regulatory issues, she brings unique programs to the industry.

Our staff members are high-level customer care consultants who have healthcare, nutrition and marketing backgrounds. We are consumer affairs professionals, writers and trainers with public relations, direct-to-consumer and healthcare professional marketing expertise.
