Keira Roets

Keira Roets has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Keira is currently working as the Director of People at Staffy Inc. since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Beacon HR, where they held multiple positions including Director of People Operations, Sr. Manager of People Operations, People Operations Manager, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2017 to 2022.

Keira also served as the Director of People Operations at Redstamp from October 2020 to February 2022 and as the Head of People Operations at GrantMe from April 2021 to January 2022.

In addition to their HR roles, Keira also worked as the Head of Customer Experience at New District from September 2015 to April 2018, and as an Activation Specialist at Payfirma from June 2015 to September 2015.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of Senior Customer Experience Specialist and Customer Success Specialist at Mindfield from December 2014 to May 2015 and from September 2012 to December 2014, respectively.

Keira'swork experience also includes roles as a Brand Ambassador at IRIS BLU National Event Staffing from October 2011 to October 2012 and as a Team Lead at LAUNCH! from April 2012 to September 2012.

Keira began their career as a Client Specialist and Flip Team member at Club Monaco from April 2010 to September 2012.

Keira Roets completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Simon Fraser University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including the Diversity & Inclusion Foundation Certificate from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion in August 2020. Keira also achieved certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in July 2020, "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" from LinkedIn in June 2020, and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in June 2020.
