Flo Marco 🧑

Flo Marco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career as a Tennis Coach at YMCA while attending university. After that, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Heidrick & Struggles, where they conducted business development research and client mapping. They then joined Business France V.I.E as a Business Development intern, focusing on the Google Product Suite.

From there, Flo Marco joined Mantu as a Business Unit Manager in Singapore, responsible for business setup, recruitment, and operations in the region. They later became the Senior Business Unit Manager and Acting Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, leading the company's entry into IT/IS Digital, Engineering, and Telecommunication markets.

Currently, Flo Marco is working as the Operations Lead at Staizen, a strategic partner for enterprise clients navigating digital transformation. Their role involves engineering transformation with tools and expertise that bring together business and technology.

Throughout their career, Flo Marco has displayed a strong knowledge of business development, operations management, and strategic planning.

Flo Marco has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on International Marketing & International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, obtained from 2009 to 2014. They then pursued a Master's degree in European and International Business Management from Audencia between 2014 and 2016. In 2020, Flo completed a Professional Scrum Master I certification and a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org. They also obtained the Amazon Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020. Lastly, from 2020 to 2021, Flo attended Le Wagon for an Immersive Web Development program, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.
