Sarah Berkholtz Phr

Sarah Berkholtz, PHR, SPHR has a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic business partnerships, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance. Sarah has experience working in various roles at Koch Companies, where they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager, and at Oklahoma Arthritis Center as an HR Generalist. Additionally, they have worked at Hertz as an Associate HR Business Partner and HR ECC Representative. Sarah has demonstrated leadership skills, managing teams and implementing process improvement strategies. Sarah is knowledgeable in HRIS administration and has been involved in implementing new HR initiatives.

Sarah Berkholtz, PHR, SPHR, acquired their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota. In January 2022, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources™ (SPHR™) Certification and in February 2022, they acquired the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from HRCI.
