Will Adams

Will Adams is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Retail Business Change at Starling Bank since September 2020, following roles as Business Manager to the Chief Banking Officer, Commercial Strategy Manager, and Banking Specialist. Prior to this, Will worked at Aviva Singapore as a Data Strategist as part of the Global Graduate Leadership Programme and was a Client Relationship Consultant at Aviva during a similar program. Early career experience includes a Sales Associate position at The White Company and internships at JLL and the European Tour. Will holds a Master’s Degree in Security Studies from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London.
