Scott Resnick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, including airlines, consulting, and membership-focused organizations.

Scott began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Business Analyst from September 2001 to May 2003. Scott then joined United Airlines as a Project Manager, focusing on international network planning and strategy from May 2003 to August 2005.

Resnick returned to McKinsey & Company as an Associate from July 2007 to August 2008, providing management consulting support to clients in the airline and financial services industries. Scott then took on the role of Solution Design Manager within McKinsey's knowledge management team, leading the initiative to redesign the company's internal knowledge sharing website from August 2008 to December 2009.

In 2009, Resnick joined JetBlue Airways as Director of Revenue Analysis, responsible for revenue forecasting, analysis, and system deployment. Scott subsequently held various director-level positions at JetBlue, including Director of Alliances and Airline Partnerships, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of Loyalty Marketing.

Resnick's next professional move was to The Museum of Modern Art, where they served as the Director of Membership from August 2017 to September 2018. Scott then joined SoulCycle Inc. as the Vice President of Loyalty and Hospitality in 2018, before transitioning to Affinity Capital Exchange Inc. in 2019 as the EVP of Operations and Corporate Affairs.

Most recently, Resnick worked at Ro, starting in July 2021 as the VP of Member Experience, before becoming the President at Starship in November 2022.

Scott Resnick has a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University. Scott also holds an MBA degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
