  • Monitor social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of our strategies, making data-informed decisions to optimize future content and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, implementing these insights into our strategies to ensure Start Proud remains at the forefront of social media engagement.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:

  • Prior experience developing content for an organization (business, not-for-profit organization, campus club, etc.) is required.
  • Experience working in a team is important, as this role may involve collaborating closely with other teams within Start Proud, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Experience with social media analytics is an asset.

Commitment

  • ~6-12 hours per month
  • Mandatory attendance at team meetings
