Neha Tayal

I am a first-year MBA student at McMaster University. In the fall of 2023, I made the life-changing decision to move to Canada in pursuit of an opportunity to live authentically as a queer individual. This journey has not only allowed me to explore new horizons but has also ignited a passion for diversity, inclusion, and social progress. As an avid enthusiast of progress and art, I find inspiration in the intersection of creativity and innovation. I am continuously driven by the pursuit of growth and enlightenment. Through my academic pursuits and personal experiences, I aspire to contribute positively to the diverse fabric of our society while advocating for equality and inclusion.
