Maksim Oluić has a diverse range of work experience. Maksim started their career as an Analyser at AmSpec Group in February 2018 and worked there until December 2018. Following this, they joined Delta Agrar as an Auxiliary worker in December 2018 and stayed until September 2019. Maksim then worked as a Human Resources & Administration Assistant at Global Standards Consortium from November 2019 to September 2020. Maksim later became a Volunteer - Incoming Global Talent at AIESEC Serbia from November 2020 to September 2021. In 2021, Maksim worked as an Analyser at Bureau Veritas Group from January 2021 to February 2022. Maksim then moved on to COING, where they served as a Human Resources Intern in April 2022. Maksim's next position was at Swiss Knife Digital, where they worked as an Executive & People Assistant from August 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Support Agent at Infinity, starting from January 2023.

Maksim Oluić obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Fakultet za pravne i poslovne studije "dr. Lazar Vrkațić", where they studied from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Gimnazija "Veljko Petrović" from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma in Social Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Maksim also received certification in Negotiation and Sales Techniques from Campster in October 2019.
