Rida Mourtada

Rida Mourtada has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rida started their career as a Telecommunication Engineering Intern at MTN in 2009. Rida then worked as a Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at the American University of Sharjah from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Field Telecom Engineer and later became a Senior Field Telecom Engineer - Assistant Manager. In 2016, Rida joined STARZPLAY, a leading SVOD streaming service, where they initially served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Rida then progressed to the role of Product Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Product. In this role, Rida leads the product organization, defines product roadmaps, manages the product lifecycle, and oversees business integrations with various partners.

Rida Mourtada attended the American University of Sharjah from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Following this, from 2010 to 2015, Rida pursued a Master of Science degree in the same field at the same university.
