Peter Guastamachio

Peter Guastamachio has extensive experience in strategic thinking, finance, and business development in the insurance, banking, securities, and investment industries. Peter served as the CFO at State Compensation Insurance Fund, where they demonstrated skills in investment, treasury, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Peter also holds an MBA and has a background as a registered broker. Additionally, they have a Board Leadership Fellow certification from the NACD. Peter Guastamachio later joined California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) as a member of the Board of Directors.

Peter Guastamachio earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1972 and 1976. Peter then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance, General from Saint Mary's College of California from 1987 to 1989.
