Judy Stulken

Judy Stulken has held various leadership roles in Human Resources and Organizational Development throughout her career, working with companies such as Agtegra Cooperative, South Dakota Wheat Growers, and Student Loan Finance Corporation. She has been instrumental in developing HR strategies, talent management programs, employee benefits, and organizational transitions. With a background in business management, Judy has successfully led initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and corporate communications, while also managing HR functions, budgets, and training programs. She is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at NorthWestern Energy and previously held the title of Director of Employee Benefits at the State of South Dakota.
