Ali Elfakharany

Ali Elfakharany has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ali started their career at the Central Bank of Egypt, where they worked as a Treasury Department Co-op in 2013. In 2014, they gained experience in Fixed Income Operations as a Co-op at SCS Financial. Ali then interned as an Investment Banking Intern at EFG Hermes in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Ali worked as an Investment Analyst at BECO Capital. In 2017, they co-founded ArqamFC, a sports data generation company, where they served as the CEO & Co-Founder. In 2019, ArqamFC was fully acquired by StatsBomb, and Ali continued to contribute to the company as the Head of Data Product and eventually became the VP of Product in 2023.

From 2011 to 2015, Ali Elfakharany pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance & Entrepreneurship at Northeastern University.
