About the role  

We are looking for a world class, Russian or Polish speaking, contractor / consultant to provide Account Management services. That person will have a Sports Science background and provide excellent support to our professional sport clients. Working as a self-employed contractor you will work with some of the most prestigious sporting organisations, you will be responsible for providing training, sports consultancy and ongoing support-ensuring the highest level of service is always provided. You will also become an expert in our industry leading technology, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our products and services. In addition to supporting existing clients, you will play an important role in Business Development, providing demonstrations and assistance to prospective clients in your region.

About You 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. A world class Account Manager at STATSports is organised, has great communication skills and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. 

You’ll need to have: 

  • At least a 2:1 in Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent.

  • Ability to fluently speak English and 1 other language from this list: Polish or Russian

  • 1 year+ working in a customer focused role.

  • Experience working or coaching in High Performance Sports using a GPS Performance Tracking System.

  • The ability to travel for work, up to 50% of the time.

Desirable Qualifications: 

  • Fluency in an additional language as well as English and Russian.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
