Evan Dohrmann

Evan Dohrmann has held various roles throughout their work experience. Evan started their career as a Co-Founder at Little Red Bike Cafe from 2006 to 2011. Evan then worked as a Senior West Coast Sales Executive at Stumptown Coffee Roasters from 2011 to 2014, where they managed B2B accounts and launched new operations in Los Angeles.

In 2014, Evan became an Independent Consultant, serving as Director of Sales and Operations for multiple CPG and retail companies. Evan developed growth strategies, implemented management solutions, and led B2C sales and operations.

From 2016 to 2017, Evan worked as a Sales Director at Tradecraft Outfitters, where they revitalized regional sales and operations strategies and led recruitment and training efforts.

In 2017, Evan joined Groundwork Coffee LLC as the VP of Operations. Evan refined and scaled retail and wholesale operations, improved quality assurance, and facilitated training sessions. Evan was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2020, where they were responsible for retail operations, sales, HR, IT, and led the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

In 2020, Evan became the Director of Operations at Unlimited Sciences, a non-profit organization conducting psychedelic research. Evan oversaw data analysis and storytelling initiatives and supported psychedelic advocacy.

In 2022, Evan joined Promised Grounds as the Chief Operating Officer, where they provided operations consulting and later took on the role of Operations Consultant. The company is an impact-driven coffee company that supports clean drinking water initiatives.

Most recently, Evan assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Sales at Steeped Coffee. The company provides pre-portioned single-serve coffee technology and packaging solutions, with a focus on ethically sourced and sustainably packaged products.

Evan's diverse work experience encompasses sales, operations, consulting, and leadership roles within the coffee industry.

Evan Dohrmann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Lewis & Clark College in the year 2004.
