William Dew's work experience includes holding various roles in different companies over the years. William started their career in 2000, working as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, and Recruitment Consultant for various companies until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked for Nortel/Avaya in different sales roles, including Services Sales Manager for the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan, and Managed and Advanced Services Sales in the UK. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Verizon as a Global Client Director for Complex Solutions and later as Managing Partner for the Asia Pacific region. William then joined GTT in 2015, where they held roles such as SVP Sales for the Asia Pacific and Head of Sales for Enterprise, Carrier, and Wholesale in the APJ region. In 2019, they founded their own company, Lock Stocks Ltd, where they served as CEO and Founder until 2022. William then joined Zühlke Group in 2021 as Managing Director and Head of Sales for Asia, and later became a Member of the Asia ExCo. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sales, APAC at Stellar Elements since June 2023.

William Dew attended Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Blackburn from 1990 to 1997. William then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the University of Nottingham from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, during the same period, they also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Nottingham University Business School, earning another BSc degree.
