Ana Gomez

Ana Gomez has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance and KYC. Most recently, they worked as a Compliance KYC Lead at Step starting in December 2022. Prior to that, Ana was a Compliance KYC Manager at Lithic where they built and implemented a comprehensive sanctions program and managed the Starter Issuing platform. Ana also worked as an Associate Director at UBS, leading a team conducting periodic refreshes of KYC files. Additionally, Ana worked as a Consultant at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, spearheading a bank-wide KYC remediation project. In earlier roles, they were an Assistant Vice President Team Lead at Mizuho, where they oversaw onboarding activities, and worked at Citi as a Coordinator-Subscriber Services, managing the legal onboarding process for new clients. Before that, Ana held positions as an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Buckingham Capital Partners and an Administrative Assistant at McGuireWoods LLP.
