Jai Prakash Gupta

Jai Prakash Gupta is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience across various healthcare institutions in India. Currently serving as the Zonal Head — Human Resources (DGM) at Sterling Hospitals since April 2023, Jai has previously held the position of Unit Head HR (DGM) at Apollo Excelcare Hospital, overseeing HR functions for a 180-bedded multispecialty facility. Prior roles include Unit HR Head at CK Birla Hospitals, managing HR operations for a cardiac center, and Unit Head HR at Fortis Healthcare, in addition to previous HR positions at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and Reliance Telecom Limited. Jai holds an Executive Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with an MBA in HR from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Patna University.
