Jaede Tan

Jaede Tan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Head of Client Success, International at Sterling, where they started in February 2023. Before that, they served as the Global CX Director at Multiplier from July 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, Jaede held various positions at ComplyAdvantage, including Managing Director - Asia Pacific from January 2020 to July 2022 and Head of Sales - Asia Pacific from April 2019 to January 2020.

Earlier in their career, Jaede worked as the Regional Director - Korea & INSEA and Territory Director at App Annie, where they were responsible for data, analytics, and market intelligence for the global mobile app economy. They also served as a Senior Vice-President at Deltec Capital Limited, offering wealth management solutions, and as the Managing Director at China Study Abroad.

Jaede has also held roles at Mediaplus Capital, Atlas Capital Group (Now Sciens Capital Management), and Robert Walters, showcasing their experience in project management, relationship management, and consulting.

Jaede Tan earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Bristol, where they attended from 2002 to 2005.
