Leanne Mansworth

Leanne Mansworth has a solid background in Human Resources, with extensive experience in various companies. Leanne currently serves as the Site People & Organisation (HR) Head at Sterling Pharma Solutions since January 2022. Prior to that, Leanne worked as a Senior People & Organisation (HR) Business Partner at Sterling Pharma Solutions from April 2020 to January 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kuehne + Nagel from January 2015 to April 2020, and as an HR Generalist at Merck Millipore from June 2012 to January 2015. Leanne began their career at GE Healthcare, where they served as a Human Resources Administrator from August 2011 to June 2012.

Leanne Mansworth has a comprehensive education history that spans over several years. Leanne began their academic journey in 2005 at the University College Cork, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their undergraduate studies, Leanne focused on the fields of Sociology and Geography. Leanne successfully completed their degree in 2008.

Leanne enrolled in a Certificate program in Employment Law offered by IBEC / DIT, which they completed in 2013. This certificate program focused on providing knowledge and understanding of employment law practices.

In 2020, Leanne continued to deepen their understanding of Employment Law by pursuing a Diploma in the subject at IBEC. Leanne completed this program in 2021, further enriching their expertise in this field.
