Alex Reeves

Alex Reeves has extensive work experience in various leadership and development roles. Most recently, Alex worked at SThree as the Director of Learning and Organisational Development. Prior to that, Alex served as the Head of L&D UK&I & Global Leadership Development and as the Global Head of Leadership Development. Before joining SThree, Alex had a long tenure at RBS, where they held various senior management positions. These positions include Senior Manager - Lead Performance Consultant, Senior Business Manager to Procurement Director, Lead Service Quality Manager, HR Consultant, Communications Manager, Training and Competence Manager, and Insurance Team Leader. Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated expertise in driving performance improvements, developing business strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, and coaching and mentoring leaders.

Alex Reeves has a Certified Scrum Master certification from Agile. They also completed 5 Highers at Cleveden Secondary School, and have an Accredited leadership coach certification from Cohen Brown. Additionally, Alex has an HND in Print Media Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
