Harshavardhan Ramanujam

Harshavardhan Ramanujam has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

In their current position as a Business Process Manager at STILRIDE, they are responsible for developing the e-commerce platform and implementing internal and external business processes and automation. Harshavardhan is also involved in product development, finance, and operations departments, focusing on building processes and automation in PLM, ERP, and manufacturing systems.

Before joining STILRIDE, Harshavardhan worked at Mycronic as part of their Master's thesis work. Harshavardhan studied the current product development work methods and suggested ways to implement Design Thinking practices for improved customer centricity and design effectiveness. Harshavardhan also focused on introducing a Design Thinking culture within the organization.

Prior to that, they worked at Northvolt as a PLM Support Specialist where they handled PLM and CAD operations for the R&D team. Harshavardhan was responsible for resolving issues related to PLM and CAD raised by users and played a key role in reducing costs by creating and maintaining drawing templates for CAD users in the PLM system. Harshavardhan also assisted the R&D team during critical product releases and established a common way of working with the CAD/PLM system. Harshavardhan also interned at Northvolt as an Automation Intern.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Wipro Limited as a Project Engineer. Harshavardhan served as a PLM engineer at Philips and worked with Windchill PLM and NX CAD. Harshavardhan conducted functional testing, managed testing projects, and successfully completed QA testing. Harshavardhan also worked as a Project Intern at Wipro Limited.

Overall, Harshavardhan Ramanujam has gained expertise in business process management, product development, PLM and CAD operations, and implementing Design Thinking practices.

Harshavardhan Ramanujam completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, from 2012 to 2016. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Integrated product design, with a focus on Innovation Management and Product Development, from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Harshavardhan also obtained certifications in Siemens NX CAD from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in October 2017, and in Creo for Design Engineers from PTC in July 2016.
