Holly Connor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Holly began their career as a freelance equestrian trainer specializing in dressage and horse training. From 1998 to 2012, Holly operated their own business, regularly competing in dressage competitions. In 2013, they transitioned to a mathematics teaching role at Christleton High School, where they taught until 2014. Holly then joined Reaseheath College, initially as a mathematics lecturer and later became a program leader and curriculum manager for mathematics and English. Holly worked at Reaseheath College from 2014 to 2021, during which they introduced innovative strategies and reflected on their teaching practices to ensure progress and an improved student journey.
