Kripa Rajshekhar

Kripa Rajshekhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data, analytics, and AI, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Straive since November 2023, focusing on optimizing AI solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. As the Founder and CEO of Metonymize since October 2014, Kripa has developed AI technology to enable brands to utilize first-party data for eCommerce growth without compromising data privacy. Additional experience includes co-founding Mintor, participating in DARPA’s PPAML initiative to advance machine learning, and contributing to NSF’s I-Corps program. Kripa held significant roles at Ernst & Young as a Partner and at KPMG in Transaction Support, where strategic growth and operational diligence were key contributions. Education includes an MSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a technology entrepreneurship course from Stanford University, and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunications from COEP Technological University.
