Saswat Nayak

Saswat Nayak has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Saswat is currently working as the CHRO at Strand Life Sciences since November 2022. Previously, they held the role of HR Head - Inbound, Bengaluru & Rest of Karnataka Sales at BYJU'S from November 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at Wipro Limited, where they held multiple positions, including Lead, Competency Enablement and Senior HR Consultant from December 2019 to November 2020, and Global HR Business Partner - CEP from April 2016 to November 2020. Prior to Wipro, they also worked as a Senior Manager - Business HR at L&T Financial Services from December 2014 to April 2016, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Citi from February 2013 to August 2014. Earlier in their career, Saswat held roles at Infosys Limited as an Associate Lead - Business Partner HR from August 2012 to January 2013, and as an Associate Lead, Talent Acquisition from June 2011 to August 2012.
