Dawn Dierking, SPHR

Dawn Dierking, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Dawn is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Streck since July 2022. Before that, they worked at CSS Farms as the Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2022, where they led HR initiatives and played a crucial role in stewardship and solutions. Dawn also worked at BioFuel Energy as the Corporate Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2014, overseeing various HR functions and compliance with labor laws. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Specialist and Safety and Training Coordinator at BD from 2006 to 2011, where they directed training programs and ensured compliance with employment regulations. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Training and Development at Central Community College from 1999 to 2006, where they led customized training and development projects and collaborated with economic development professionals for recruiting strategies. Additionally, Dawn worked as an Adult Basic Education Instructor and Volunteer Coordinator at Central Community College from 1999 to 2002.

Dawn Dierking, SPHR, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Doane University. Dawn also holds a Masters of Science in Education with a focus on Mathematics from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In terms of additional certifications, Dawn has completed the Six Sigma Black Belt - Transition Course at Central Community College in 2005. Dawn has also obtained the Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from the Juran Institute / Becton Dickinson in 2002. Finally, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2010.
