Paul Hayes

Paul Hayes has a long and impressive career in the travel industry. In 2002, they began working at Holiday Autos as a Joint Venture & GSA Manager and General Manager USA, where they managed international satellite offices, provided support to a call centre based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and acted as General Manager for Holiday Autos USA. Paul also held the roles of Operations Manager USA, Pricing & Product Manager USA, Business Development Executive, and Call Centre Trainer & Supervisor. In 2012, they moved to Expedia as Senior Account Manager, where they directed the EU car rental account management team and coordinated with different departments. Paul was able to elevate revenue by 50M$ within four years. In 2020, they founded phaYes Consulting, where they work as an independent consultant to help various companies develop their global reach. Paul also partnered with fintech start-up RECASH and rolled out a new travel website, BookingClik. In 2022, they became the Commercial Director at Stressfreecarrental.com.

Paul Hayes studied at All Hallows R.C School, Farnham, UK from 1993 to 1998. Paul then attended Farnborough 6th Form College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Advanced GNVQ in Business. Paul also holds an Advanced GNVQ Business certification.
