Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor has extensive experience in operations and consulting within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Strike since May 2022, Michael previously held roles at Capco from November 2019 to May 2022 as Senior Consultant and Management Consultant, where contributions included leading teams and managing multiple projects from strategy to implementation. Prior experience includes a position as Business Analyst at FIS from April 2017 to October 2019 and earlier roles at Applied Systems as a Software Developer and Software Tester. Michael is recognized for developing a multi-threaded file searching application during a software development internship and has a solid educational background from Illinois State University, graduating in 2016.
