Ayla Staelin-Lefsky

Ayla Staelin-Lefsky has extensive experience in enrollment operations and education management, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Success Academy Charter Schools since July 2020. In this role, Ayla optimizes the student enrollment process through stakeholder collaboration and the implementation of Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, developing training materials for customer service, and redesigning the new student application process. Previously, Ayla held several positions at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School, including Tutor Corps Manager, where oversight of 35 AmeriCorps Fellows was essential in providing math and English instruction to middle school students. Ayla also served as a Fellow Leader at Great Oaks Charter High School and has a varied background in research and event planning through roles at Smith College and other organizations. Ayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Arabic from Smith College.
