Dennis Wangerin

Dennis Wangerin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dennis began their career as a Project Manager at LH Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH from 2008 to 2010. Dennis then co-founded Eisbach Solutions UG in 2009, where they served as the CEO and was responsible for project management and business development. In 2010, they transitioned to being a full-time CEO while pursuing an MBA. At Eisbach Solutions UG, they successfully launched various web projects and built a team of freelancers. In 2011, they briefly worked as the Lead Developer for blondbanana GbR, a startup focused on goal achievement platforms. Since 2012, Dennis has been a part of SugarCRM, initially starting as a Technical Support Engineer before progressing to their current roles as the Manager Technical Support, EMEA and now the Director Technical Support. In these roles, they have managed international teams, implemented and improved support processes, provided training and mentoring, and supported large projects. Overall, Dennis has a strong background in project management, technical support, and leadership.

Dennis Wangerin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in MBA and Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences (graduated in 2014). Dennis also obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management (graduated in 2012). Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar in 2009.
