Kirk Grissett

Kirk Grissett has a strong background in human resources and safety management. Kirk started their career in 1995 as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc., where they worked until 2009. Kirk then joined Martin Marietta as a District Human Resources and Safety Manager, a position they held for nine years. In 2018, they joined Summit Materials as the Director of Human Resources, and later progressed to the Senior Director of Human Resources role. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources at Summit Materials.

Kirk Grissett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Mid-Continent University. Kirk has also obtained the certification of Part 48 Underground Mine Instructor from the Federal Mine Academy.
