Jacob Grzywacz, P.Eng, MBA has over 14 years of professional experience in the mining, energy, and sustainability industries. In 2021, they were appointed as Vice President Operations at Summit Nanotech, where they are responsible for innovating new technology from core science to accelerate the global transition to clean energy. In 2020, they were an Advisor & Board Chairman at Sustainability Startups, where they led various business strategies to further the technologies’ development to commercialization. In 2011, they founded and owned Heavy Tools Inc., a company providing specialized tooling for the maintenance trades in the mining and construction industry. In 2010, they were a Senior Asset Administrator at Graham. From 2007-2010, they were a Mechanical Engineer at Teck Resources Limited.

Jacob Grzywacz, P.Eng, MBA completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in 2007. In 2018, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - Executive Program from the University of Alberta.
