Adam Thomas has worked in the IT field since 2008. Adam began their career as a Customer Service Representative for AOL/QWEST and then moved on to become a Customer Service Manager for Teleperformance, USA. In 2017, they moved to ABBTECH as an Advanced Technician, where they were responsible for imaging, quality control, issuing, hardening, and deployment of USAF SDC Windows 10 desktops, laptops, mini desktops, and tablets systems to USAF military and civilian end-users. In 2018, they became a contractor with Robert Half Technology as a Technical Support Specialist II (Summit Technology) and then was hired by Summit Technology LLC - Managed IT Service Provider as a Project Manager of Curated Technology Services, Customer Loyalty Team Lead, and Technical Support Specialist II.

Adam Thomas completed a Certificate of Completion in Information Technology and Networking from Ogden-Weber Technical College in 2018.
