Marc Richardson

Marc Richardson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marc is currently the Director of Operations, Customer Success at HALO Branded Solutions since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Call Center Director at Spring-Green Lawn Care from November 2016 to July 2022. Previously, they served as the Call Center Manager at Footprint Retail Services from June 2009 to November 2016. Marc also worked as the VP Client Services at Northern Trust from March 2007 to May 2009, and as the National Accounts Customer Service Manager at Waste Management from April 2004 to March 2007. Before that, they held the position of Workforce Manager at Standard Register from October 2002 to March 2004. Marc's early career involved working as an Operations Manager at APAC Customer Services from 1998 to 2001.

Marc Richardson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lewis University, which they attended from 2006 to 2009.
