Britany LeBlanc has over a decade of work experience in marketing. Britany began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Hearst Magazines. In 2007, they took on the role of Senior Account Executive at MSLGROUP. From 2009 to 2010, they held internships at Chanel as a Beauté Marketing Intern and at Moet Hennessy USA as a Brand Management Summer Intern. In 2010, they were an Associate Manager, Search & Display Media at Coach. From 2011 to 2014, they were Director, Digital Marketing & Media, Senior Manager, Online Marketing, and Online Marketing Manager at ANN INC. In 2014, they were VP Marketing at Bluefly. From 2015 to 2017, they were SVP Marketing and VP Marketing at Worth Collection, Ltd. (Parent Company of Worth New York & W by Worth). Since 2017, they have been Chief Marketing Officer and SVP Marketing at Supergoop!.

Britany LeBlanc earned their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2010, where they studied Luxury Marketing and Strategy. Before that, they received a B.S. in Business and Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
