Fabrizio Zanetti is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary establishments. Currently serving at Suvretta House since June 2015, Fabrizio previously held the Executive Chef position at Kempinski Hotels from June 2014 to May 2015 and at Mathis Food Affairs from November 2007 to April 2014. Notable stages and food promotions include Michelin-starred locations and luxury cruise ships, with international experience in esteemed venues across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Early culinary training began with an apprenticeship at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, culminating in a Diploma as Chef from Culinary Vocational School in Switzerland.
