Jennifer Healy

Jen has been practicing law for over 15 years, with a focus on SaaS technologies and data security. Prior to joining Suzy, Jen was the first legal hire at Namely. As Namely’s Senior Counsel, Jen built Namely’s contracts process and advised Namely on data security and privacy issues.

Jen has spent most of her career as in house counsel to technology companies, focusing on complex negotiations and security issues. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America and a juris doctor from New York Law School.
