Aaron Palacios

Aaron Palacios, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development/People Services at Swadley's, overseeing growth from a single restaurant to eight locations. Aaron has also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Swadley's, alongside being a Director at Navigate Career Solutions, where efforts focus on bridging the gap between students and employers. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist/Sr. Recruiter at APMEX, Corporate Recruiter at Bob Mills Furniture, and Senior Recruiter at Petra Industries, among others. Aaron began a career in recruitment at Xerox and has experience in various capacities from teaching and coaching at ASTEC Charter Schools to sales leadership at Gap Inc. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Southwestern Christian University.
