Jessica Ha

Jessica Ha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica started their career as an After School Teacher at YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office) from March 2018 to June 2019. In 2018, they also worked as a Laboratory Technician at MOHS TECHNICAL SERVICES LIMITED from July 2018 to February 2019.

In 2019, Jessica began their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis. During this time, they held multiple positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for different labs, including the Bombardelli Lab, T. Young Lab, Kinyua Lab, and John Harvey Lab (UCPRC), from October 2019 to June 2022.

In 2020, while still at UC Davis, they took on leadership roles as the President and Secretary of the American Society of Civil Engineers at UC Davis. Jessica also served as the Technical Lead for the Kenya Project at Engineers Without Borders UC Davis from November 2020 to June 2022.

In 2021, they further expanded their experience by working as a SURF Scholar at Stanford University from June to August. In the following year, they joined Kimley-Horn as a Civil Engineering Intern from July to September 2022.

Currently, Jessica is working as an Assistant Ecological Restoration Engineer at SWCA Environmental Consultants, starting in January 2023.

Included in their work experience is also their role as a Project Manager for the Environmental Project at UC Davis from May 2020 to June 2021.
