Kelly Dunn

Kelly Dunn has a diverse work experience across various organizations and roles. In 2019, they interned at the Florida Public Archaeology Network. Later in the same year, they participated as a team member in the NASA DEVELOP National Program, where they worked on the Mobile Urban Development project. In 2021, they served as a Student Intern at the Santa Rosa County Property Appraiser's Office, gaining knowledge in QGIS and ArcMap 10. Kelly also worked at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as an OPS Environmental Specialist I, Environmental Specialist I, and Environmental Specialist II, where they conducted facility and site inspections, prepared formal enforcement and compliance, managed data for reports, and provided outreach and educational meetings. Currently, they hold the position of Staff Geospatial Scientist at SWCA Environmental Consultants. Additionally, Kelly Dunn was an Educator and Outreach Specialist at the Pensacola MESS Hall.

Kelly Dunn's education history begins in 2015 when they attended Northwest Florida State College and earned an Associate's degree. Kelly then transferred to the University of West Florida and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Kelly Dunn continued their education at the University of West Florida to pursue a Master's degree in Environmental Science, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, in the same year, they also earned a Certificate in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) from the University of West Florida.
