Kirsten Super has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kirsten started their career as a Peer Tutor at Cerro Coso Community College in 2014. Later that year, they also gained experience as an Education Department Intern at San Diego Zoo Global. In 2014, they worked as an Archaeology Intern at Maturango Museum. Kirsten then transitioned to become a Field Archaeologist at Friends of Jawbone in 2017, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they also took on the role of an Office Specialist at Williamson County Parks & Rec Dept from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Kirsten is employed at SWCA Environmental Consultants as an Assistant Staff Geospatial Scientist, starting in 2023.
Kirsten Super attended Cerro Coso Community College from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Their studies focused on Social and Behavioral Sciences, Arts and Humanities, and Math and Science, with a specific field of study in Anthropology. Kirsten then pursued further education at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2015 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Kirsten Super is currently enrolled at Austin Community College, where they are expected to complete their GIS Level II certification from 2022 to 2024.
