Fred Musinya

Fred Musinya has a diverse and extensive work history in human resources and administration. Fred is currently the Human Resources Director at the Swedish Committee for Afghanistan. Prior to this, they held various roles at different organizations, including the International Rescue Committee, World Vision International, Medical Emergency Relief International (Merlin), Action Africa Help International, and Oxfam GB. Their experiences include leading global employee relations, providing strategic leadership for HR functions, and managing HR processes and initiatives.

Fred Musinya began their education in 1999 at Kenya Polytechnic, where they studied for three years. In 2004 and 2005, they attended Railways Training Institute, although it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued there. From 2006 to 2008, Fred pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Madison University. In 2014, they enrolled in Robert Gordon University and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resources in 2016. Finally, Fred pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Mount Kenya University from 2016 to 2021.
