Mindo Kaziulis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mindo has worked at SWIFT as the Head of Customer Success & Care, where they led customer care teams and implemented proactive strategies for customer success. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Care, APAC, where they managed service management practices and increased recurring revenue. Mindo also worked as a Marketing & Portfolio Manager at SWIFT and as a Co-Founder at YAPILI, where they built teams, secured funding, and designed a legal framework for cross-border e-health advice. Additionally, Mindo served as the Regional Head Benelux at LT Big Brother and as part of the Corporate Audit Services and Risk Assessment (CASRA) team at Bombardier Transportation, where they conducted strategic appraisals and developed recommendations. Mindo also completed the BT Global Graduate Program, gaining experience in bid procurement, business controlling, and internal audit.

Mindo Kaziulis has a Master's degree in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, which was obtained in 2010. Prior to that, Mindo completed a MA in Management Science at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2007 to 2009. Mindo also holds a BA in International Economics from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2007, and another BA in Economics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, completed in 2006. Mindo's high school education was completed at Vilnius Lyceum from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Mindo obtained the ITIL 4 ® LEADER Digital and IT Strategy certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022, along with the ITIL 4 ® Strategic Leader certification. In 2020, Mindo also completed the ITIL 4 ® STRATEGIST Direct, Plan and Improve CPD certification.
