Serge Sroujian has over 15 years of experience in the customer service and project management fields. Serge began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Sears Canada. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Agent at Gemma Communications and a Customer Service/Sales Mentor at Protocol Marketing. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Supervisor Technical Support at IQT/BELL, where they managed a team of 16-20 technical support agents. Serge then moved to Utopia Image/Videotron as a Quality Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring a team of 120+ technical support agents reached objectives in terms of quality and first call resolution. In 2013, they worked as a Supervisor Technical Support at Shaw Communications, where they managed and provided support to a team of up to 25 technical support representatives. From 2016 to 2022, they were the Customer Care Manager (Telus/SiriusXM) at Voxdata and the UX Designer/Project Manager at Appicaso. In 2022, they began working as a Project Manager - Integrations & Customer Success at SwiftConnect.

Serge Sroujian studied Programmer/Analyst at CDI College from 2016 to 2017. Serge also obtained a Switchgear Coaching Certification from SwitchGear in June 2017.
