Ambryn Alam

Ambryn Alam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Ambryn is currently the Director of People and Culture at Swingers - the crazy golf club since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Delicious Hospitality Group from April 2018 to January 2021. Ambryn also has experience with Union Square Hospitality Group, where they held positions such as People and Operations Manager, Lead Reservationist, and Host from March 2013 to April 2018. Ambryn began their career as a Chef de Partie at The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud in 2011.

Ambryn Alam has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Politics and Sociology from Penn State University, which they obtained in 2010. In 2011, they attended the International Culinary Center to study Culinary Arts. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's Degree in Hospitality Industry Studies at New York University. Ambryn also participated in a Study Abroad Program at The Institute at Palazzo Rucellai in 2009. In 2010, they obtained a Food Protection Manager Certification from ServSafe.
