ZiZi Salnitis

ZiZi Salnitis has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. In 2016, they served as the Director of Finance and Sponsorship for the Student Programming Board at Columbia College Chicago, where they booked, produced, and marketed live events. They also managed a budget and contacted sponsors for services and in-kind products.

In 2017, ZiZi worked as the Street Team Co-Manager at Silver Wrapper, Inc, where they supervised the on-site street team and managed promotional material coverage for the Summer Camp Music Festival. They also served as the Box Office Manager at Chop Shop and promoted concerts through social media.

From 2017 to 2019, ZiZi worked as the Artist Hospitality Coordinator at Schubas Tavern and Lincoln Hall, where they were the day-of point of contact for artists, fulfilled artist riders, and managed the green room. They also scheduled ticket giveaways and posted on social media accounts.

In 2019, ZiZi became the Lead Event Coordinator at Main Event, where they planned, contracted, and executed various events, meeting sales targets and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

From 2020 to 2022, ZiZi served as a Virtual Executive Assistant, Independent Contractor for BELAY. They assisted multiple CEOs and their teams with tasks such as scheduling, inbox management, and travel arrangements.

In 2020, ZiZi also worked as the Merchandise Manager at collectiv presents. They advanced merchandise needs for artists and implemented a contactless ordering and pickup system using Shopify eCommerce Solutions.

Most recently, in 2022, ZiZi joined SwipeGuide as the Operations Coordinator & Executive Assistant, where their responsibilities include coordinating operations and providing executive assistance.

In addition to their professional experience, ZiZi has also worked as a Live Event Professional, selling artist merchandise at various venues and completing transactions using Square Point of Sale and atVenu.

ZiZi Salnitis attended Columbia College Chicago from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Live and Performing Arts Management.
