Olaf Lang

Olaf Lang is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Global Head of Reward at Swiss Re since August 2019. Prior to this role, Lang held the position of Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson from April 2008 to July 2019, and served as Managing Director and Head of Compensation & Benefits at Credit Suisse from July 2001 to December 2007. Lang's career also includes key roles as European Principal at Mercer and Senior Consultant at Hay Group, as well as Business Administration Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Lang's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from Goethe University Frankfurt, earned between 1982 and 1987.
