Melanie Steinmann

Melanie Steinmann is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group since November 2021, Melanie previously held similar positions at Scout24 Schweiz AG from September 2013 to November 2021, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, consulting, health and conflict management, and oversight of HR processes and tools. Earlier, at Billag AG from July 2008 to September 2013, Melanie worked as an HR Consultant, supporting management with personnel issues and recruitment. Academically, Melanie holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the Universität Fribourg, a Federal Diploma as a Human Resources Specialist, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Development from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
