Adriana Bonilla

Adriana Bonilla has extensive experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and operations. Adriana started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2005, primarily working on SAP implementation projects. Adriana then worked as a Project Manager HRIS at First Data Corporation, where they led the implementation of a global talent acquisition system. Adriana later joined Bayer, where they held various roles, including HR International Global Mobility and HR Information Systems. At Mondelēz International, Adriana served as the Case Management Regional Capability Lead - Americas, working on projects related to benefits and standard operating procedures. Most recently, they worked at Viant Medical as a Human Resources Information Systems specialist. Adriana is currently employed at Swissport as an HRIS & Operations Lead for LATAM.

Adriana Bonilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from ULACIT, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Administration of Businesses from ULACIT from 2003 to 2006. Later, they attended UCI - Universidad Cooperación Internacional between 2010 and 2012 to obtain a Master's degree in Project Management.
