Natalia Riveyro Nievergelt

Natalia Riveyro Nievergelt has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Natalia started their career as an intern at Marriott Hotel in 2006. From there, they worked as an Analyst of Compensation and Benefits at Renault from 2007 to 2010. After that, they joined Bayer as an HR Compensation specialist for a year. Natalia then worked at DIA Argentina as the Head of Compensation and Benefits from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they joined Syngenta as a Compensation Data Manager, where they supported the implementation of a global compensation tool and managed data at the regional level. In 2014, they became the Global Remuneration Manager at Amcor for two years. Currently, they hold various roles at Swissport, including VP of Corporate Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics, and VP of Corporate Compensation & Benefits.

Natalia Riveyro Nievergelt attended Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Lic. RH degree.
